This detached country cottage is located in the village of Welsh Newton Common near to Monmouth and can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms.
Newton Lodge is a detached Victorian cottage in the small hamlet of Welsh Newton Common, just four miles from Monmouth. The cottage can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms (four doubles - one with an ensuite, and one twin room with two additional pull out beds). The cottage also contains two family bathrooms. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room with an open fire, a drawing room with an open fire, a reading room and a TV room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for seven cars, bike storage and a large enclosed garden with games, furniture and a barbecue. There is also a hot tub. Newton Lodge is in a lovely location for visiting this delightful part of the country.

Gas central heating with open fires and storage heaters. Gas fired range, combination microwave with oven and grill, 3 x fridges, freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, books/games/DVDs. Broadband. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own hot tub towels). 2 cots and 2 highchairs on request. Large enclosed mature garden with lawn area suitable for tennis or croquet, patio, furniture & brick-built BBQ. Sole use of private hot tub with far-reaching views. Outdoor covered area with table tennis. Bike storage. Off road parking for 7 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Outside catering available by prior arrangement with owner. |
